Q1How do I apply for AlphaTheta Care?
A1Purchase from this website within 30 days after purchase of AlphaTheta Care products.
In addition, when purchasing, documents that prove the date of purchase (receipt, receipt, delivery note, etc.) are required.
Q2Can I apply for AlphaTheta Care at a music store, physical store, or EC site?

A6AlphaTheta Care Pro plans have a limit on the amount of repairs for damage to property covered by the AlphaTheta Care Pro plan. The customer is responsible for the cost.
This repair limit is the selling price of the product itself on this website.
Example: After purchasing a product with a sales price of 250,000 yen and subscribing to the AlphaTheta Care Pro plan, if there are three property damage accidents worth 100,000 yen in repair costs, the cumulative repair cost will be 300,000 yen plus the repair limit. The difference of 50,000 yen from the amount of 250,000 yen will be borne by the customer.
Please note that the AlphaTheta Care Plus plan does not include any property damage coverage and is the responsibility of the customer.
