What is the extended warranty?


AlphaTheta Care Plus:

Free repair for a total of 3 years (1-year manufacturer warranty +2 years extended warranty) for natural failure in the use case of following the manual, such as the exhaustion of buttons and faders.


AlphaTheta Care Pro:

In addition to the natural failure, Pro covers a 3-year warranty for accidental damage such as dropping liquid spills and dropping the equipment, and it also has a free loaner units service to minimize the damage of running the venue business.
